تسجيل القفطان المغربي كعلامة جماعية دولية: انتصار للتراث المغربي
في السادس عشر من أبريل سنة 2025، تم تسجيل عبارة "MAROC PATRIMOINE CAFTAN / MOROCCAN HERITAGE / MOROCCAN CAFTAN" كعلامة جماعية دولية لدى المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية (OMPI)، ضمن نظام مدريد لحماية العلامات.
وقد تم هذا الإنجاز التاريخي بمبادرة من وزارة الشباب والثقافة والتواصل – قطاع الثقافة، ليكون القفطان المغربي محميًا قانونيًا في عدد من الدول عبر التصنيف الدولي للفئات (25، 26، 35) الذي يشمل الملابس، التطريز، والترويج التجاري.
إن هذا الاعتراف العالمي لا يمثل فقط توثيقًا قانونيًا، بل هو أيضًا تكريس لهوية المغرب الثقافية، واعتراف دولي برمزية القفطان كرافد من روافد الذاكرة الوطنية.

Enregistrement du Caftan Marocain comme Marque Internationale : Une Victoire pour le Patrimoine
Le 16 avril 2025, la marque "MAROC PATRIMOINE CAFTAN / MOROCCAN HERITAGE / MOROCCAN CAFTAN" a été officiellement enregistrée en tant que marque collective auprès de l’OMPI (Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle), via le système de Madrid.
Cette reconnaissance, portée par le Ministère de la Jeunesse, de la Culture et de la Communication – Département de la Culture, marque une étape majeure dans la valorisation du patrimoine vestimentaire marocain.
Le caftan bénéficie désormais d'une protection juridique dans plusieurs pays, dans les classes 25 (habillement), 26 (broderie) et 35 (promotion commerciale).

Moroccan Caftan Registered as International Collective Mark: A Cultural Milestone
On April 16, 2025, the brand "MAROC PATRIMOINE CAFTAN / MOROCCAN HERITAGE / MOROCCAN CAFTAN" was officially registered as a collective trademark under the Madrid System, managed by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Initiated by the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication – Department of Culture, this registration secures international legal protection for the Moroccan caftan under Nice Classes 25, 26, and 35, covering clothing, embroidery, and promotional activities.
Beyond the legal value, this recognition is a symbolic and cultural affirmation of Morocco’s unique identity and craftsmanship.
